Tristate Photographic Society

Tri-State Photographic Society is a photo club with members in the tri-satate area (Ky, OH, IN). Meetings are held on the First and Third Fridays of each month. All meetings are at 7:00 PM in the Campbell County Extension Service Building in Highland Heights, KY. (The information on meetings on the Tri-State Photographic Society website is out of date.)

Competetions are as follows:

First Friday each month is a pictorial comepetition. Pictorial is an anything goes competetion.

Third Friday each month is nature competetion. In the nature competetion, there can be no visible hand of man or woman.

Tri-State Photographic Society exists to further the art of photography, increase the knowledge of photography and have fun. Many of the meetings include instruction in various techniques of photography - both film and digital. There are also numerous field trips.

Photographers of all skill levels are welcome to attend. You may come to the meetings and training sessions without paying dues, however you must pay dues to compete in the competetions. Competetions are divided into two groups in every contest. One is for accomplished photographers and the second is for tyro. Tyros are those who aren't as experienced in photography. Some tyros are new to photography.
